Pricing & Payment
• A €499 deposit secures your space

Travel Info
• Fly to: Faro, Portugal
• Transfers can be arranged – you’ll be added to a group chat to coordinate with other guests for taxi sharing if desired.
• The venue is approx. 1 hour from Faro airport.

Terms and Conditions
Pause & Renew – Autumn Escape in Portugal

Deposit & Booking
A non-refundable deposit of €499 is required to secure your place on the retreat. This amount will be deducted from the total retreat price.
Your space is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellation Policy
* The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances (including illness, travel changes, or unforeseen events).
* If we are able to re-sell your space, the deposit may be transferred to a future retreat.
Remaining Balance
The full balance must be paid by August 5th – If your balance is not received by this date, your place may be forfeited and your deposit retained.
Retreat Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organiser, all payments including the deposit will be fully refunded.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover:
* Trip cancellation
* Medical emergencies
* Lost baggage
* Other unforeseen issues
This helps protect your investment and gives peace of mind.
