Join me for a special Winter Solstice Gathering, a moment to pause, reflect and reconnect as we move through the darkest day of the year and welcome the gradual return of light.
The Winter Solstice is a natural turning point in the cycle of the seasons; an opportunity to rest, renew, and reignite your own inner fire before the busyness of the festive season begins.
Together, we’ll share two hours of practice flowing from Vinyasa to Yin, with meditation and cacao. A grounding, heart-opening gathering to reconnect, restore, and honor this turning of the season in community.
